Elegant and balanced on the palate with fine tannins. Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months of aging in French oak barrels. This wine has great aging potential, up to 15 years. Serve at room temperature. Pairs well with all types of meat, potatoes, and roasted vegetables.
